Cisco is seeking a Principal Corporate Counsel to support our Networking & Collaboration Product Legal team, focusing on Campus Networking and Webex offerings. You will partner with product management, engineering, sales, and finance to guide legal risk and enable go-to-market strategies in a fast-paced environment.

You will advise on AI, data privacy, and regulatory issues while drafting product terms and disclosures.

Formación

• Bar admission with 7+ years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal role.
• Experience with software/cloud/SaaS products and licensing matters.
• Ability to manage multiple internal clients and projects concurrently.
• Exceptional writing and oral communication skills for distilling complex issues.
• Privacy, data protection and data use experience; CIPP/E is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical guidance to product management and engineering on services, products, and features throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop close relationships with business, sales, engineering, operations, finance and legal teams for go-to-market.
• Advise on AI, privacy, data protection, regulatory issues and IP in collaboration with global legal experts.
• Draft and maintain product legal collateral such as disclosures and terms.
• Be a collaborative teammate and support the business as needed.
