Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Must be admitted and in good standing to a recognized bar.
• Must be eligible for employment in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, negotiate, and manage commercial and corporate agreements.
• Review client, vendor, employment, partnership, licensing, and other business agreements.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and business objectives.
• Identify contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Advise leadership on contractual obligations, rights, remedies, liabilities, and other legal considerations.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and manage legal expenses within budgets.
• Support strategic corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions.
