The role reports to executive leadership, guides business stakeholders, and ensures that contracts and activities comply with laws and internal policies while protecting the company’s interests. On-site position with a strong emphasis on negotiation and risk management.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• Bar admission in good standing.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in corporate, commercial, transactional contracts.
• Strong negotiation and risk mitigation skills.
• Ability to advise executives on legal implications.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, negotiate, and manage commercial and corporate agreements.
• Provide strategic legal advice to executives and board.
• Ensure contracts comply with laws and internal policies.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage outside counsel when needed.
• Support compliance and regulatory matters.
