Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Must be admitted and in good standing to a recognized bar.
• Must be eligible for employment within the United States.
• Experience in corporate, commercial, transactional, contracts, employment, compliance, or related practice.
• Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, negotiate, and manage commercial and corporate agreements.
• Review client, vendor, employment, partnership, licensing, and other business agreements.
• Identify contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Advise leadership on contractual obligations, rights, remedies, liabilities.
• Support strategic corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and manage legal budgets.
