Job summary

Surefox North America Inc in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a General Counsel with a contracts focus to provide strategic legal counsel on commercial contracting and broader corporate matters. Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Must be admitted to a U.S. bar in good standing.
• Must be eligible for employment in the United States.
• Significant experience in corporate, commercial, transactional, contracts, employment, or compliance law.
• Strong negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, negotiate, and manage commercial and corporate agreements.
• Review client, vendor, employment, partnership, licensing, and other agreements.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
• Identify contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Advise executives on obligations, rights, liabilities, and remedies.
• Support corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and manage legal expenses.
• Balance legal risk with business objectives and budgets.
