Job summary

Surefox North America Inc is seeking a General Counsel (Contracts Focus) to provide strategic legal guidance on commercial contracting and broader corporate matters. The role requires drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client, vendor, and employment agreements while mitigating risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Based on Sunnyvale, CA, this on-site position reports to executive leadership and interfaces with cross-functional teams to support mergers, joint ventures, and dispositions.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to a U.S. bar.
• Experience in corporate, commercial, transactional contracts, and employment matters.
• Ability to communicate complex legal matters to executives and non-legal audiences.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial and corporate agreements.
• Advise executive leadership on legal risks, compliance, and corporate strategies.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic transactions.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and manage legal budgets and oversight.
