Qualifications

We are seeking a General Counsel Counsel with a contracts focus to provide strategic and practical legal counsel to the organization, with primary responsibility for commercial contracting and support of the company’s broader corporate legal needs. This position serves as a trusted legal advisor to executive leadership and business stakeholders, providing guidance on contracts, legal risk, compliance, corporate transactions, labor and employment matters, litigation, and other legal issues affecting the organization. The position is responsible for ensuring that company contracts and business activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, contractual obligations, and internal policies while protecting the organization’s legal and commercial interests. Management & Commercial Legal Support*** **Draft, review, revise, negotiate, and manage commercial and corporate agreements.*** **Review client, vendor, employment, partnership, licensing, and other business agreements.*** **Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and business objectives.*** **Identify contractual risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.*** **Advise business leaders regarding contractual obligations, rights, remedies, liabilities, and other legal considerations.*** **Create and amend client and vendor contracts.*** **Support strategic and complex corporate transactions, including partnerships, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions.*** **Coordinate with outside counsel and other advisors as necessary.*** **Ensure legal expenses and outside counsel activities are managed effectively and within established budgets.**### **Corporate & General Legal Counsel*** **Provide strategic and
