Responsibilities

• Contract drafting and commercial transactions across a variety of matters to protect Mercedes-Benz’s legal and business interests.
• Provide legal support for complex business transactions including contract interpretation, meetings, and dispute management.
• Provide legal advice on day-to-day corporate matters and assist with evolving business needs.
