Mercedes-Benz Corporation in the United States seeks an experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to resolve legal issues for the company and its subsidiaries. You will draft and negotiate contracts, provide strategic legal advice, and support complex commercial transactions.

The role requires 7–10 years of top-tier law firm and in-house experience, Georgia bar admission preferred, and the ability to work across regulatory frameworks in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualificações

• Education: JD and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 7–10 years of experience in top-tier law firm and general corporate practice.
• Admission to State Bar, preferably Georgia.
