• Legal expertise in complex corporate structures and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic transactions from start to finish.
• Advise on corporate governance and subsidiary management.
• Provide counsel to multiple internal clients on complex legal issues.
• Work with corporate development, finance and operations teams to streamline deal processes.
• Drive post-closing integration and develop M&A playbooks and templates.
• Oversee subsidiary maintenance including formations, dissolutions and compliance.
• Be a proactive, flexible team player in a fast-paced environment.
