Qualifications

• 8+ years of legal experience in technology and enterprise deals.
• JD and eligibility to practice law in CA or NY, or to register as in-house counsel.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex technology and enterprise agreements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Legal to align commercial strategy with business goals.
• Design structures to facilitate selling SpaceXAI products while mitigating risk.
• Provide practical, commercial-focused solutions to legal issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Act as a Legal AI ambassador by using SpaceXAI products to accelerate learning and efficiency.
