Job summary

SpaceXSI seeks a Commercial Counsel to lead high‑value enterprise agreements for AI products and strategic partnerships. You will negotiate contracts, mitigate risk, and align legal strategy with Sales, Business Development, Finance and Product teams in a fast‑paced environment.

This on‑site role is based in Palo Alto, Los Angeles, Austin or New York, requiring five days a week in the office and offering a comprehensive rewards package including equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of legal experience in tech or related fields.
• Experience negotiating IP/technology transactions.
• Ability to balance risk with commercial goals.
• Creative, pragmatic problem solving in ambiguity.
• Strong curiosity about AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex technology agreements.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, product, and legal teams on strategy.
• Design structures to sell AI products while mitigating risk.
• Serve as a versatile contributor within the legal department.
• Support use of SpaceXSI products to accelerate learning and productivity.
