SpaceXSI, SpaceX's Super Intelligence unit, is seeking a Corporate Counsel to lead mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, and other strategic transactions. The role focuses on governance, subsidiary management, and cross-border matters in a high-growth AI environment.

The position is full-time, on-site, and based in one of several cities (Palo Alto, Washington DC, Austin, or New York). A J.D. with 6+ years of corporate/M&A experience and US bar admission are required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
• 6+ years in corporate or M&A at a top firm or in-house company.
• Experience with complex corporate structures, diligence, and negotiation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, investments and other strategic transactions end-to-end.
• Collaborate with corporate development, finance, and operations to ensure smooth deal processes.
• Drive post-closing integration and governance.
• Develop templates and playbooks for transactions and governance.
• Advise on corporate governance including subsidiary boards and consents.
• Oversee subsidiary maintenance across US and international entities.
• Provide counsel on general corporate matters in a fast-paced environment.
