Job summary

The MCC Assistant Controller oversees day-to-day financial operations across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, cash management, and SAP S/4HANA with a focus on control and accuracy. You will partner with the Corporate Controller and auditors to support month-end and year-end close processes for North America and global activities.

Responsibilities include supervising AR/AP teams, managing banking and treasury activities, ensuring policy compliance, and driving process improvements with IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field required.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities.
• Manage treasury, banking operations, wire transfers, and cash management.
• Oversee SAP S/4HANA posting, GL activity, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Coordinate financial operations across entities and banks.
• Assist in reporting, audits, and internal controls.
• Lead and train AR/AP staff; ensure compliance.
