Bonduelle Americas, a certified B Corp, is hiring a Senior Accountant in Philadelphia to own core accounting operations across the manufacturing-to-shelf cycle. You will support month-end close, maintain general ledger integrity, and deliver accurate financial reporting impacting sales, supply chain, and operations.

The ideal candidate has inventory and cost accounting experience, IFRS knowledge, and hands-on ERP proficiency to drive accuracy and efficiency across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience including full-cycle month-end close ownership.
• Working knowledge of IFRS and its application.
• Direct experience with inventory and cost accounting in manufacturing/CPG.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, large datasets).
• Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Month-End Close: manage journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Inventory & Cost Accounting: standard costing, variances, reconcile inventory across RM, WIP, FG.
• Cost of Sales: track, analyze, report COGS, provide variance commentary.
• Trade Spend & Deductions: assist with gross-to-net revenue analysis.
• General Ledger: maintain GL accounts and perform reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: assist in statements and internal reports per IFRS guidance.
• Audit & Controls: support external audit and strengthen internal controls.
• Compliance: assist with regulatory filings relevant to manufactured goods.
• Process Improvement: identify automation opportunities within ERP and close process.
