Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Accounting
• CPA or CMA preferred
• Experience leading multi-site teams
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong balance sheet knowledge
• Commodities understanding and derivative accounting

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting team across multiple locations.
• Oversee financial management, budgeting, reporting and forecasting.
• Ensure internal controls and quality of financial reporting.
• Oversee month-end close and location-level reporting.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax professionals.
• Develop and implement process improvements and KPIs.
• Oversee payables, treasury, leases, and fixed assets.
