Job summary

DFI Resources is seeking a senior accounting/finance leader to manage all accounting, finance, and payroll across the organization and related entities. You will ensure cash flow, maintain budgets, and deliver financial reports.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting with 5–7 years of experience in a finance function, strong real estate/operational accounting knowledge, and proficiency with Oracle ERP. Occasional travel and a central Austin location are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• 5–7 years’ experience in a specialized finance or accounting function.
• Experience with partnership and trust tax accounting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably Oracle-based.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Finance to meet objectives.
• Lead development, implementation, and administration of accounting and financial systems.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entities.
• Prepare financial statements and internal/external reports; monitor operating results.
• Develop internal controls and oversee audits of policies and procedures.
