Gold Medal Environmental seeks a Corporate Controller to lead accounting across multiple entities. You will ensure GAAP compliance, manage the close process, and strengthen internal controls while guiding a growing finance team.

You will partner with the CFO on treasury, planning, and system improvements, supporting acquisitions and integration activities in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience leading month-end and year-end close processes.
• Experience managing accounting functions in a multi-entity, multi-location organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee all corporate accounting functions including GL, AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, treasury and reporting.
• Maintain integrity and accuracy of financial statements and balance sheet.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Supervise and develop accounting staff and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and consolidated reporting.
• Coordinate audits and support tax filings in partnership with external advisors.
• Lead system implementations and process improvements for scalability.
