Job summary

NorthBay Recruiter seeks an experienced Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance for a complex multi-entity organization. You will report to the CFO and guide a team of accounting professionals through close, consolidation, and controls across business units.

The role requires a BS in Accounting/Finance, 10+ years in accounting with 5+ years in Controller/Assistant Controller positions, strong US GAAP expertise, and ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a Controller/Assistant Controller role.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• CPA or public accounting background preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations for a multi-entity organization.
• Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and consolidate financial statements.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and support budgeting and forecasts.
• Coordinate external audits and lender reporting; ensure debt covenant compliance.
• Oversee billing, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable.
