Job summary

Hillpointe is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead its corporate accounting operations across multiple entities. The role focuses on financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and internal controls, working closely with the CFO and VP to deliver accurate monthly statements.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong leadership, and expertise in ERP environments. This position is based in Winter Park, FL and requires oversight of cross-entity finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities within a corporate or multi-entity organization.
• Strong experience with financial consolidation, multi-entity accounting, and corporate financial reporting.
• Experience working with multiple ERP systems and complex accounting environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage accounting teams and deliver accurate financial reporting within tight deadlines.
• Strong collaboration, analytical, and organizational skills with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the corporate accounting team, establishing roles, expectations, and accountability.
• Oversee consolidated financial statements for all corporate entities and parent organizations.
• Deliver monthly financial statements within ten business days of month end.
• Coordinate closing activities across entities to meet reporting deadlines.
• Develop and maintain cash reporting to improve visibility into operating cash flows.
• Oversee full-cycle corporate accounting including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Lead corporate budgeting and forecasting with CFO and VP.
• Manage Ramp corporate credit card program and ensure strong controls.
• Collaborate across ERP systems to ensure accurate consolidated reporting.
