• CPA required
• 10+ years in Accounting/Finance

Aufgaben

• Develops and enforces accounting policy, financial reporting, GL maintenance, budgeting, and controls.
• Oversees monthly, quarterly, annual closes and GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Performs ad hoc analyses for executive decision-making.
• Develops internal controls and oversees audits of policies and procedures.
• Manages AP/AR and payroll functions.
• Determines accounting treatments and communicates implications to stakeholders.
• Supervises GL activities for profit recognition and consolidation across entities.
• Coordinates preparation of annual consolidated financial statements and schedules.
• Maintains accounting policy documentation and ensures compliance with standards.
