ControllerSSG of Georgia LLC in Jackson, GA seeks a disciplined Controller to lead the accounting function, own closing processes, and ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting. You will partner with leadership to drive profitability, optimize cash flow, and strengthen internal controls across the organization.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strong communication, team leadership, and the ability to implement scalable processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA designation preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations including billing, A/R and collections, cash application, bank reconciliations, payroll accounting, A/P, GL, variance analyses, and reporting.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with timely financial statements.
• Maintain GL integrity and ensure GAAP-compliant recording of transactions.
• Analyze financial results, identify risks/opportunities, and provide insights to CFO and leaders.
• Develop and maintain internal controls; coordinate external audits and tax filings.
