Integrated Openings Solutions, LLC (IOS) seeks a Corporate Controller to lead financial accounting and reporting for a fast-growing, PE-backed company in the commercial openings sector. You will own GAAP compliance, close processes, and financial statement consolidation across multiple entities.

The role oversees treasury, shared services, audits, and integration of acquired businesses, building strong controls and scalable processes. Hybrid work in multiple U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Experience in construction, distribution, or project-based accounting environments.
• Hands-on with cash management, treasury, and debt covenant compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Own the accuracy and integrity of financial accounting, general ledger, and consolidated statements across multiple entities.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and reporting packages for leadership and lenders.
• Manage construction/percentage-of-completion accounting, WIP, job costing, and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Design and maintain robust internal controls and policy compliance (GAAP, ASC 805/606/842).
• Oversee shared services including Accounts Payable and Payroll; drive process standardization.
• Lead cash management, treasury, and debt covenant compliance; manage banking relations.
• Support M&A due diligence and accounting integration of acquisitions.
