Job summary

Unlimited Systems is seeking a full-time Controller based in Cincinnati, OH, reporting to the CFO. You will own the accounting function, drive the monthly close, prepare GAAP financial statements, and manage audit readiness.

You will lead technical accounting, internal controls, and the development of the accounting team to support a fast-growing PE-backed SaaS business. You will collaborate with the CFO and cross-functional partners to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and audit-ready financial

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with close ownership.
• CPA license is required and active.
• Deep GAAP knowledge and experience applying ASC 606 in SaaS context.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Prepare GAAP financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with FP&A.
• Oversee revenue recognition (ASC 606) for multiple contract types.
• Manage audit activities and liaison with auditors.
• Design and maintain internal controls and scalable accounting processes.
• Lead and develop the accounting team to scale with the business.
