ExpressPoint has a full-time opportunity for a Senior Corporate Controller in our East El Paso facility. This role will support the company objectives and financial goals for ExpressPoint by leading and developing team members who champion all facets of finance and accounting functions to correctly record, interpret, and report Company’s financial position in accordance with GAAP. Reviews financial details from past, present, and forecasted operations; identifies development opportunities and improvements. Actively participate in the formulation of ExpressPoint’s future direction endorsing tactical initiatives to achieve each strategic objective.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leads the operations of the accounting department which includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger, and payroll.
• Accountable for the integrity of the balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flow, and analysis.
• Employ financial analytical reporting of key performance indicators. Recommendations on various metrics identifying opportunities to increase the financial success of the Company. Provides financial recommendations for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
• Advises management and works cross-functionally to assist with implementation of accounting and finance policies/practices.
• Develop budgeting and forecasting models.
• Proactively seek events to improve the workflow and business processes.
• Unite with departments to seek opportunities to enhance the internal/external customer experience.
• Ensure timely, tactful, and respectful communication with all internal and external customers.
• Enforces all policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience preferably in a management position.
• People Management: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to hold oneself and others accountable. Provide feedback for staff development.
• Ability to communicate relevant financial and management information. Orchestrate the external financial, 401(k), and any other audit activities. Act as a technical resource to other accounting staff and department managers. Critical thinker who constructively challenges conventional constraints and delivers results.
