A leading corporate service provider is seeking a Senior Corporate Administrator to manage a portfolio of entities. On behalf of our client, a licensed Corporate Service Provider in Bermuda, we are searching for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join their firm remotely from Canada on a full-time/long-term contract consultant arrangement.
The Senior Corporate Administrator will be responsible for administering a portfolio of local and exempted entities in Bermuda, including licensed insurers and other regulated entities.
Duties will include preparing for and attending board meetings, liaising with board members and company advisors, preparing and maintaining statutory documents and records, handling regulatory filings and compliance matters and performing ancillary governance tasks to ensure compliance of the administered companies’ legal obligations.
