Job summary

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Board seeks a Communications professional to develop and execute integrated communication strategies, write articles, remarks and announcements, and align content across channels to deliver consistent messaging.

Under supervision, you will manage internal communications, support crisis communications, media relations and special events, and collaborate with departments to design data-driven plans and measure effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or related field.
• 1 year of experience with a public relations agency or corporate communications.
• Equivalent education/experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, collects and writes content for employee intranet, digital signs and emails.
• Develops and implements communication plans and publicity efforts to support goals.
• Collaborates with departments to align external messaging and select audiences.
• Develops metrics and tools to provide data-driven internal communications solutions.
• Supports crisis communications, events and media relations as needed.
