The position will work closely with executive leadership and internal stakeholders to develop polished, strategic content across multiple channels.
Approximately 70–80% of the role is focused on writing and content creation, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in corporate communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or a related field who wants to remain hands-on in their craft.
This is not a traditional marketing coordinator or event-planning position. The person in this role will serve as a key resource for the organization's content and communications efforts, with significant ownership and visibility across the business.
Experience creating content across several of the following:
Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, content management systems, graphic design software, or basic video editing is a plus.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and storyteller who knows how to find the story behind the information.
You naturally think about:
You are someone who can take a conversation, idea, announcement, or business initiative and turn it into content that is clear, engaging, and meaningful to the intended audience.
You enjoy being the person others turn to when something important needs to be communicated well. You are comfortable interviewing executives, developing content from a blank page, managing your own projects, and producing polished work with minimal direction.
This position offers significant ownership, executive visibility, and the opportunity to influence the organization’s communications strategy without direct people-management responsibilities. It is particularly well suited to a senior communications professional who wants to remain hands‑on while having a meaningful impact on the organization.
This is an individual contributor position with no direct reports. The Senior title reflects the level of experience, ownership, and responsibility expected in the role.
