Job summary

Bon Appetit Management Company seeks a Catering Manager to oversee fast-paced, high-volume corporate catering across Mission Bay locations. You will coordinate with culinary, operations, vendors, and clients to ensure flawless events, exceptional hospitality, and solid financial results.

Qualifications

3+ years in catering, hospitality, or large-scale event management.
Experience with corporate dining or large campus events is a plus.
Strong understanding of BEOs, budgeting, and labor management.

Responsibilities

Oversee high-volume catering operations across multiple Mission Bay venues.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and vendor coordination for events up to 2,000 guests.
Monitor budgets, labor, food costs, and procurement to meet financial goals.
Lead and develop Supervisors and frontline staff to deliver exceptional hospitality.
