Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor leaders and associates through coaching and succession planning.
• Oversee billing operations and ensure objectives, service standards, and controls are met.
• Drive enterprise-wide billing system enhancements and process improvements.
• Partner with IT and stakeholders to set priorities and roadmaps.
• Serve as a liaison between Corporate Billing, business units, and external vendors.
• Manage and strengthen vendor relationships for superior service.
• Analyze metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead large-scale cross-functional projects and organizational change initiatives.
• Develop and monitor departmental goals, budgets, and performance measures.
