Job summary

International Bank in New York City is seeking a Relationship Manager for the Corporate Banking department. The role focuses on corporate loans, credit analysis, and maintaining client relationships with five or more years of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate will manage syndicated and bilateral loans, assist with credit packages, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering excellent client service to corporate and financial-institution clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics or other business related field
• 5+ years relevant industry experience in corporate lending and client relationships
• Experience or knowledge in trade finance is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare credit proposals for syndicated and bilateral corporate loans and support credit analysis
• Attend meetings, prepare minutes, agendas, and client materials
• Assist in portfolio management, credit packages, and projects
• Prepare monthly activity reports for Head Office or related departments
• Obtain KYC information and coordinate with clients/agents
• Prepare annual reviews and credit-related reports for assigned accounts
• Provide excellent customer service and assist in opening new accounts
• Maintain an updated deal information database and related reports
• Assist in arranging credit facilities and preparing marketing materials
• Complete mandatory annual BSA/AML training
