Job summary

City National Bank of Florida is seeking a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to act as the primary advisor for a portfolio of high-value corporate clients. You will drive relationship strategy, develop new business, and deliver tailored financial solutions to support client growth.

You will coordinate with Risk Officers and product specialists to ensure credit quality and compliant, full-service client experiences across the bank.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of commercial lending experience required.
• Formal credit training from a national or large regional bank preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and credit analysis.
• Proven ability to build and grow client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and retention goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Independently grow portfolio through client referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Lead delivery of financial services to corporate clients aligned with credit quality standards.
• Present and promote banking solutions to existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with Risk Officers, Treasury Management, Client Services, and Product Specialists.
• Make informed decisions on overdrafts, wires, pricing, and structuring within authority.
• Negotiate loan terms based on risk and client value.
• Review and underwrite loan requests with Risk Officers.
• Monitor portfolio quality and address past-due loans.
• Ensure timely reporting and that loans close per procedures.
