Job summary

HSBC is recruiting for an Senior Associate in Corporate Banking to support Relationship Managers in serving international clients. You will analyze financials, drive product opportunities and coordinate with product partners to deliver tailored solutions across markets.

You will monitor risk, maintain KYC and AML controls, and help optimize client engagement while advancing the bank's cross-border capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate banking with international exposure.
• Proven track record leading high-performing sales teams.
• Ability to identify and meet customer needs with a broad range of products.
• Deep knowledge of corporate banking products and cross-border solutions.
• Experience with KYC, customer due diligence and risk assessment.
• Credit assessment and portfolio monitoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to RMs to optimize client relationship value.
• Attend client meetings and be the first contact for daily credit inquiries.
• Prepare analyses, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Assist RM with client planning, pipeline management, and product coordination.
• Conduct financial, credit and profitability analyses and prepare remarks.
• Collaborate with groups to deliver needs-based solutions for customers.
• Provide ongoing risk monitoring per Global Standards and AML/Sanctions alerts.
• Monitor client portfolios to ensure risk-adjusted profitability.
