Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, aviation, transportation, or related areas.
• FAA-issued aircraft dispatcher license is required.
• 7 years of experience in corporate aviation or airline crew scheduling.
• Dispatch/scheduling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily aircraft schedules to meet passenger requirements with minimal disruptions.
• Build monthly crew schedules per Operations Manual and Part 91 regulations.
• Manage international trip requests considering crew duty, aircraft limits, airport & airspace requirements, and country regulations.
• Ensure crew and passengers have required documentation for each location.
• Run safety and risk analyses for trips and mitigate issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
