The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of corporate/transactional experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and experience advising closely held businesses and entrepreneurs.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania Bar admission required.
• 7+ years of corporate/transactional experience preferred.
• Strong M&A and general corporate experience.
• 1,600 annual billable hour target.
