• 6+ years of attorney experience in corporate law and transactional practice.
• Ability to prepare and negotiate corporate and transactional documents.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; detail-oriented and capable of working in teams.

• Prepare and negotiate corporate and transactional documents including merger and acquisition documents, entity formation and governance documents, operating documents, supply agreements, and purchase agreements.
• Represent clients in negotiations of business transactions and interact with clients directly.
