Job summary

Clark Hill PLC is seeking a senior attorney with 6+ years of experience for its Corporate business unit in the Pittsburgh, PA or Atlanta, GA office. This attorney will prepare and negotiate corporate and transactional documents, including merger and acquisition documents, and governance and operating agreements.

You will interact with clients, represent rights in negotiations, and contribute to business development efforts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in corporate and transactional law.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; detail-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and negotiate corporate and transactional documents (including M&A, formation, governance, operating, and purchase/supply agreements).
• Interact with clients and represent clients in negotiations of business transactions.
• Support business development efforts and contribute to client relationships.
