The role involves preparing and negotiating corporate and transactional documents, including merger and acquisition agreements, governance documents, operating agreements, supply contracts, and compliance documents.

The attorney will interact with clients and negotiate on their behalf. Strong academic credentials and a collaborative, detail-oriented work style are essential.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in corporate and transactional law (including M&A).
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and negotiate corporate and transactional documents (merger and acquisition documents, governance documents, operating documents, supply agreements, and compliance documents).
• Interact with clients and represent clients in negotiations of business transactions.
