Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate law experience preferred.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage teams and complex projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other corporate transactions.
• Handle debt and equity offerings and restructurings.
• Advise on entity formation, governance and general corporate issues.
• Draft, review and negotiate sophisticated contracts and transactional documents.
• Lead teams on corporate projects and manage client matters independently.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through direct interaction.
