Job summary

Mission Recruiting, LLC seeks an accomplished Corporate Practice Group Attorney in Wheaton, IL to join a well-established western suburb firm. You will handle sophisticated corporate and transactional matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and related deals.

You will advise clients, draft and negotiate complex contracts, lead teams on transactions, and maintain strong, direct client interaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant legal experience, with strong M&A and transactional focus.
• Experience with acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, debt & equity offerings, and sophisticated contracts.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, judgment, attention to detail, and client communication; ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and other corporate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated commercial contracts.
• Lead teams on transactional projects and provide practical client guidance.
• Maintain high level of client interaction and service.
