Responsibilities

• Leading and managing mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex business transactions.
• Advising clients on corporate governance, entity formation, business structuring, shareholder matters, and strategic initiatives.
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and overseeing transaction documents and contracts.
• Counseling clients on risk assessment, transaction strategy, and legal compliance issues.
• Mentoring associates and junior attorneys, and fostering high-quality client service.
