Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, private equity, venture capital, or related transactional work.
• JD and active Massachusetts Bar membership.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating complex legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, and debt and equity financings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate acquisition agreements, financing documents, and other corporate contracts.
• Manage transactions from inception through closing, including client communications and deal execution.
• Provide practical legal guidance on corporate structuring, strategic partnerships, and related business matters.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development and growth of the practice.
