The Nagler Group in Manchester, NH is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support a busy corporate practice in its Manchester office. The role is hybrid, offering collaboration with attorneys and involvement in entity formations, governance, and major transactions.

You will maintain corporate records, manage filings and deadlines, and coordinate with clients to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

Formación

• 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while working collaboratively with a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice software.
• Real estate, trusts and estates, or probate experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with entity formations, corporate governance, and business transactions.
