Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate technology and commercial agreements (SaaS, licensing, outsourcing).
• Advise clients through the contract lifecycle from intake to amendments.
• Collaborate with business, procurement, technology, and operations teams.
• Identify risks and advance client objectives in negotiations.
• Counsel on contract interpretation, restructuring, and disputes.
• Manage transactions independently while contributing to complex matters.
• Stay current on technology transactions, privacy, and data security.
