The Nagler Group is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Attorney to join its boutique corporate law practice in Boston, MA. The role offers hybrid/remote flexibility with opportunities to work with entrepreneurial businesses, tech companies, and high-growth clients on sophisticated transactions.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating technology contracts, advising on business risks, and leading client relationships while contributing to practice growth and leadership over time.

• Significant experience negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements including technology contracts.

Senior Commercial Attorney

Compensation: $250,000-$300,000 | Hybrid/Remote Flexibility

A growing boutique corporate law firm is seeking an experiencedSenior Commercial Attorneyto join its team. This is an opportunity to work with entrepreneurial businesses, technology companies, and high-growth clients on sophisticated commercial transactions, with the potential to take on greater leadership and practice development responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including technology contracts, MSAs, licensing agreements, and strategic partnerships.
• Advise clients on contractual matters, business risks, and commercial transactions.
• Manage client relationships and provide practical, business-focused legal guidance.
• Collaborate on general corporate matters, including M&A, financing, and other strategic transactions as needed.
• Contribute to client development and the continued growth of the practice.

Qualifications:

• JD and active Massachusetts Bar membership.
• Significant experience negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements and technology-related contracts.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client relationship skills.
• Prior law firm experience preferred; experienced in-house counsel with relevant commercial contracts experience will also be considered.
• Interest in business development, practice leadership, and potential future partnership.

Location:Boston/New England or New York. Hybrid flexibility available, with remote arrangements considered for the right candidate.

Compensation:$250,000-$300,000, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential and competitive benefits.
