• Handle a variety of corporate and business transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Assist with structuring, negotiating, and closing M&A transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, corporate agreements, and other transactional documents.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $250,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
