Job summary

Jobot seeks a corporate associate with 5–9 years of transactional experience to join our growing practice. This AmLaw 200 environment offers direct client contact, exposure to high-level deals, and a clear path to responsibility within a collaborative team.

You will lead M&A and financing matters, draft and negotiate core documents, advise on governance, and mentor junior lawyers while working with senior attorneys on sophisticated matters.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of corporate and transactional experience.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions and/or financing transactions.
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and general commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate documents.
• Advise clients on governance, entity structure, and compliance matters.
• Assist with entity formation, restructuring, and ongoing maintenance.
