You will work with founders, investors, executives, and emerging enterprises on a broad range of corporate matters, taking ownership of client matters while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate and transactional experience in a law firm.
• Experience representing companies, investors, lenders, or other entities in transactional matters.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation of transaction documents.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute complex corporate transactions from planning through closing.
• Advise clients on financing, governance, and business operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and related agreements.
• Coordinate timelines and oversee due diligence processes.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and deal participants.
• Mentor junior attorneys and supporting staff.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to provide comprehensive service.
• Assist with transaction strategy, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
