RS&H is seeking an experienced Architect to join its Tampa Corporate Practice, delivering innovative workplace, commercial, and financial institution projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, lead design efforts, and mentor junior staff while maintaining schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• A professional degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of professional architectural experience with corporate workplace, commercial office, financial institution, or mixed-use project experience preferred.
• Active architectural licensure in good standing.
• Experience leading large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects through all phases of design and construction.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, life safety requirements, and commercial design standards.

Responsabilités

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective corporate and commercial clients.
• Lead and contribute to the planning, design, and coordination of complex architectural projects from concept through construction.
• Prepare and oversee construction documents, specifications, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver thoughtful, technically sound, and innovative design solutions.
• Guide projects through all phases of design and construction administration while helping maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to emerging professionals and junior staff.
• Participate in client meetings, design presentations, quality reviews, and construction site observations.
• Support business development efforts, proposal development, and client relationship management activities.
