Qualifications

• A professional degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of professional architectural experience with corporate workplace, commercial office, financial institution, or mixed-use project experience preferred.
• Active architectural licensure in good standing.
• Experience leading large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects through all phases of design and construction.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, life safety requirements, and commercial design standards.

You’ll contribute to all phases of project delivery, from planning and design through construction documentation and client collaboration, while working alongside experienced architects, engineers, and designers in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting and growing RS&H’s Corporate Practice throughout Florida and across the Southeast while serving as a trusted advisor to clients, partners, and project teams. You’ll help lead the planning, design, and delivery of impactful corporate workplace, commercial office, and financial institution projects that enhance the employee and client experience while supporting long‑term business growth.

You Will

• 7+ years of professional architectural experience with corporate workplace, commercial office, financial institution, or mixed‑use project experience preferred
• Active architectural licensure in good standing
• Experience leading large‑scale or multiple mid‑sized projects through all phases of design and construction
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, life safety requirements, and commercial design standards
• Proficiency in architectural production software and construction documentation, including Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills

• The ability to navigate challenges with professionalism, creativity, and business acumen
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing client expectations in a fast‑paced environment
